Selling your home is an emotional process…

let us help show it to its best potential, taking that weight off your shoulders. We treat each home as a unique vignette, letting it speak, and telling its story through artful interiors.

Great staging looks both elegant and welcoming, igniting an emotional connection that excites potential buyers - setting it apart in a competitive market.

Hi, I’m Erin - owner of HAMILTON & Co.

I love to help people walk into a space and feel right at home. My sense of what home is comes from family and history - that is why I've used a family name, Hamilton, as a big part of our brand. This richness of history informs my designs, while also inspiring me to look ahead to the new stories that will be made by any family in any new home. I just love a thoughtful blend of old and new!

The elements of good design are often intangible to people, but it’s usually a feeling of it being “just right”. Elegant but comfortable. Fresh while also collected. This is our signature style.

Our process

Consultation

Let us walk-through your home with you for a consultation, up to one hour of our time. Seeing the inside of your home with our own eyes and truly feeling the space allows us to visualize your home staging needs best in person. This meeting also allows us to hear from you what you hope for and what may fit best within your budget. You will be given our Pricing Sheet and a copy of our Contract so all of our policies and pricing is transparent.

Customized Proposal

Next, after walking your home with you, we will send a customized Proposal via email - allowing for you to see very clearly the scope of the staging project we propose, as well as the cost. This is just the start of the conversation and may be discussed further over email or phone to allow for questions and changes. No home staging job is confirmed until you feel comfortable with the scope and cost of the project and our Contract is signed by us and you. We also require 50% of the overall total as a deposit to secure your date, applied to your final balance due.

Staging Process

Typical home stages take 2-3 days for installation and 1 day for removing the staging rentals after your rental period. Some smaller jobs may take 1 day for installation and removal. The minimum rental period is 30 days and may be prorated by week if rentals are required longer. All stages require at least 10 days notice for removal.
